At Kingstutor, we strive to ensure a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

General Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction date.
  • Refunds will only be issued under valid circumstances, as outlined in this policy.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Student Refund Eligibility

One-on-One and Group Classes

  • If a tutor cancels or fails to attend a scheduled session, the student is eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling.
  • If a student is dissatisfied with the quality of a session, they may request a refund within 12 hours of the session completion. Refunds are subject to review.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to student absence unless prior notice was given at least 13 hours before the session.

Subscription or Package Purchases

  • Refunds for subscription-based plans will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase, provided that no sessions have been attended.
  • Partial refunds for unused sessions in a package may be granted at Kingstutor’s discretion.

Tutor Payment Policy

  • Tutors are not eligible for refunds on platform fees or commission deductions.
  • If a class is canceled by the tutor, the student may request a refund or reschedule, and the tutor will not receive payment.
  • Repeated refund requests due to dissatisfaction may lead to account review or suspension.

Company & Corporate Accounts

  • Corporate clients may be eligible for partial refunds on bulk purchases if requested within 3 days of payment, provided that no sessions have been utilized.
  • Refunds for corporate clients will be processed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the agreed contractual terms.

Processing Time & Fees

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days.
  • Any transaction fees, bank charges, or applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If a refund request is denied, the user will receive a written explanation via email.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refund requests made after the specified period.
  • Completed or attended sessions.
  • Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., poor internet connection), unless verified to be due to the platform.
  • Violation of Kingstutor’s Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide transaction details, session information, and a reason for the request.
  3. Await a response from the Kingstutor support team within 3-5 business days.
