Welcome to Kingstutor. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

User Accounts & Eligibility

General Users (Students & Visitors)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or have parental consent if under 18.
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

Tutors

Tutors must provide valid credentials and agree to the verification process.
Tutors acknowledge that Kingstutor deducts a 25% commission from every class payment.
The amount received per class will be the advertised class price minus the 25% platform commission.
Tutors must comply with Kingstutor’s quality standards and policies.

Companies & Organizations

Companies can create accounts to enroll employees in training programs of their choice.
Company administrators are responsible for managing enrolled employees.
Payment for corporate packages must be made upfront or as agreed in contractual terms.

Payment & Commission Structure

Users (students and companies) are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or additional charges imposed by their country or payment provider. Tutors must comply with tax regulations in their respective countries and are responsible for declaring and paying any required taxes on their earnings. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Kingstutor deducts a 25% commission from every tutoring session before disbursing payments to tutors. Corporate clients may be subject to different pricing structures based on their subscription plans. Refunds and cancellations are subject to Kingstutor’s refund policy.

Code of Conduct

Users and tutors must engage respectfully and professionally.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Violation of policies may result in account suspension or termination.

Content & Intellectual Property

Tutors retain ownership of their original content but grant Kingstutor a non-exclusive license to display materials for educational purposes. Users may not redistribute, modify, or misuse any platform content.

Data Privacy & Security

User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with online data transmission.

Limitation of Liability

Kingstutor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
We do not guarantee tutor availability or learning outcomes.
Disputes between tutors and students must be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution process.

Modifications & Updates

Kingstutor reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination & Account Suspension

Kingstutor may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Users can request account deletion by contacting customer support.
Refund policies apply to terminated accounts as per our refund policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The International Chamber of Commerce governs the terms of this agreement. Disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, they will be handled through arbitration or legal proceedings as per applicable laws.
